the small measures 23 inches
the Medium measures 24 inches,
the Large measures 25 inches,
the XL measures 26 inches,
the XXL measures 27-28 inches,
the XXXL measures 28-29 inches,
and the 4XL measures 29-30 inches, with no substantial change for the waist.
